Dark Days and Foggy Nights Album

The new Skaz One and Mantis album, "Dark Days and Foggy Nights," is now available for free download at http://mantisoneskazone.bandcamp.com/. The new album features Dregs One and Relikhan of The Gas Mask Colony and Yoak A Lot of OBM. Production was done mainly by Mantis One and a few tracks from Chris Avery. Skaz One is to be on the new Messy Marvy Thizz City release. The song "Leather" featuring Messy Marv, Skaz One and Berner is to be on this release and is also on the latest Skaz One album, That's Life 2 (Dead, In Jail or Famous). Everybody needs to go check out this CD as soon as it comes out. It is the most major release Skaz One has been on to date.

The Skaz One Record Release Party will be held this week at The Boom Boom Room on July 8th. The doors open at 9:00pm and the performance begin between 10:30 and 11:00pm. Its ten dollars to get in and you have to be 21 with a valid ID. The event will be hosted by Skaz One and Beats Me will be on the turn tables.

That's Life 2 scheduled to drop June 27th

The newest project from Skaz One, That's Life 2 (Dead, In Jail or Famous). The project features artists such as Tha Jacka (Mob Figaz), Berner, Messy Marv, Equipto, Agentstrik9, The Gas Mask Colony, Hawal Inc and Jona "JC" Chung. The album is the highly anticipated sequel to Skaz One's first solo project, That's Life. This album includes returning producers Dregs One, Mantis and Mickey Caine as well as productions from producers such as Gennessee, StinjE, GAB the Producer and Flett Productions. Once again Executive Production done by Beneficial Management Services. Mixing was done by Randy Biddle for Central 8 Studios, Jona "JC" Chung for Cutty 'N Clean Entertainment and Skitz for Shima Sounds. Mastering done by Jona "JC" Chung. The single off the album, TakeOver, which features Tha Jacka and Berner was released on itunes 3 months ago with great success. TakeOver ft. Tha Jacka and Berner

The new single from Skaz One, "TakeOver" featuring Tha Jacka (of Mob Figaz) and Berner, is about to be available on itunes. The single is off the upcoming second album from Skaz One entitled "That's Life 2 (Dead, In Jail or Famous)" scheduled to drop summer 2010.

The album includes features from Messy Marv, Tha Jacka, Equipto, Berner, The Gas Mask Colony, AgentStrik9, JC of Cutty and Clean Ent. and Mantis One. With production from Stinj-E, Mantis One, Flett Productions, JC , Mickey Caine and Mantis One.

The Jacka's verse on "TakeOver" was recorded at Stay Tuned studios in Oakland, CA by Lee Majors. Skaz One and Berner's verses were recorded at Shima Sounds by Skitz (of Scojourners). Mixing was done by Randy Biddle at Central 8 Studios. The Beat was produced by Mantis One.
